I was contacted by HR for a position. Initial interview was with a recruiter mostly about behavioral questions and culture fit etc. I was asked to do in in-person interview in Racine with multiple people, 3 from Racine and 3 over Skype from Durham. I was offered the position the next day. One of the interviewer gave me a puzzle to solve which I could not. I told him this does not reflect how I solve technical problems in real life and gave him some examples to back up. I negotiate salary with them and took couple of weeks to get final offer letter.

my interview experience was very positive. I heard back within 24 hrs from the recruiter after each interview session, and the interview process was clear to me from the beginning.
