Got a call from R&D manager to schedule a phone interview.
He asked many technical questions regarding thin film deposition, dry etch, and lithography.
A little bit difficult for me to answer them because I feel those questions are really digging into details.
No invitation to onsite interview.
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site

Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)
