Zero transparency regarding the salary, which is a major red flag for me. Had 2 interviews, and in the second one I asked specifically about the salary range, explaining that I need this information before continuing with the hiring process. They refused to give me any information, saying that I will find out before signing the contract. That seemed very strange to me, and, although they offered to continue with the process, I decided to give up on this company, where transparency is clearly not a respected value.
