This company has a three step interview process. A phone interview is conducted first. If the interviewer likes the phone interview, you are invited to a face-to-face interview. In the face-to-face interview, you do a couple of reviewing practice assignments and then more questions. The questions are pretty much the same as the phone interview questions. If the interviewer liked the first two interviews, you get a working interview.
