Interview process was 6-8 interviews done via Teams. Spoke to multiple levels and enjoyed interview process although led on for months. A bunch of different interview types being situational, experience, presentation, etc. Overall good interview process but not good guidance on timeline.

Senior Talent Acquisition Lead from group company reach out to me because my profile was similar to the position . We had a fist interview and the a second one with one of Key Account Executives. Probably I didn't match because of different industry I currently work.But the disappointing part was that no one from the company ever came back to reply back with a simple "We will not proceed " or " We have found someone else " or send me a simple email.I found extremely bad for a reputation of the company this behaviour.
