The first interview with the program operations manager was good, she was organized and asked the questions in a very easy to understand manner. The second interview with the "hiring team" with three other people was awful. They seemed to try to convince me that the job was not for me. Basically they were very negative about everything in the program, told me they were a non profit organization (as if I didn't know) to say the pay was going to be super low. And overall left me knowing I absolutely didn't want to work there.
