There is a document screening, and then a required interview via Zoom where your suitability is assessed. If you make it through this their is a final interview by about 5 people.

Initial application via email. Follow up through Skype less than a week later. Interview wasn't more than 10 minutes. Panel consisted of two western faculty, one who did the majority of the talking, and another who just nodded a lot. One of the panel members was also an older Korean, and his being there appeared to be a formality. He didn't speak at all. Nothing about the process was difficult. But emails were riddled with typos. Numerous IT problems with Skype. And the interview felt shallow, as if a decision had already been made and this was just a box for them to check during the process.
