Indirect discrimination at its finest. The interviewer made his mind up about me from the moment he looked at me. Not only was he 10 minutes late due to a “meeting” but he deliberately shook my hand before taking up an additional 10 minutes for a restroom and coffee break right in front of me which was very disrespectful of my time. Then the interview itself was a full blown interrogation asking unprofessional questions and twisting all of my answers to make me seem like an incompetent, unfit candidate. He also mentioned to me that AI will be taking over this role soon which gave me a poor sense of job security for the role in general. After the interview he made a sarcastic remark in front of the whole sales team about me and my lifelong commitment and hobby. This was the worst interview I have ever participated in and the only silver lining I can find in it was what to stand for during the job search process from companies that are blatantly wasting our time as professionals.
