Colloquio
The process was very transparent, with many steps, but completed in a short time. It started with a screening call with the recruitment team, followed by the following steps:
- Hiring manager interview
- Peer interview
- Presentation to a panel. The topic can be anything from 30-60-90 days plan, to a role play where the candidate is presenting his product to a customer
- CSM Director Interview
- Sales Manager interview
The steps might seem to be a lot, but they are mainly to ensure the cultural fit. I found them very helpful as I got to know more about the company's culture, and I got to interact with many members even before I joined.
The recruiter was very friendly and helpful. She kept me informed of the status and what to expect throughout the full process.

Great process across the board. All interactions were professional and consistent. Was kept informed of next steps in a timely manner. Interviews were scheduled with timezones in mind. Overall a fantastic experience.

- Well-defined process. The recruiter shared how many rounds there were and who I would be speaking with. They explained what is expected of me as well in each round.
- Each individual showed care about the company and interest in learning about me.
- Each interview round was unique and didn't sound like canned questions.

Colloquio
Interviews are scheduled by a recruiting team. There are a series of interviews, I spoke to 5 people. Each interview was on camera. It was a relaxed format, everyone was very nice and took the time to ask me qualifying questions but also also me to explore things I wanted to know about the company and the role I was interviewing for. There was a quick follow up after each interview with a schedule for the next - additionally, they ask you to complete product certifications and do a panel presentation.
