Step 1) Interview with Recruiter (1 hour) Step 2) Interview with a hiring manager in the area in which I was interviewing (30 minutes) Step 3) Interview with three different managers, each about 45 minutes long. Each interview had a different topic/subject. (2.25 hours) Step 4) Presentation on a topic provided by the company to a group of four-five different people from the area in which I was interviewing. Actual interview was 45-50 minutes, prep time six to eight hours. The recruiter was awesome, keeping me informed of my progress and answering any questions when he was able to. Everyone I met with during the process seemed great. And made it clear that this was a company in which I would be a good fit AND in which I could be proud to represent.
