Had a 15 min screen call and was told the next stage is a competency based interview with hiring manager. Communication was awful, I contacted the recruiter a week before to ask what I should prepare or expect from the interview and was ghosted. Anyway I prepared for a competency based interview but turned out to be a technical interview which I was not prepared for so my answers were fairly bad. Could have been better had communication from their side existed.
