I applied online, the overall process took 4 weeks. The initial phone screen took 30 minutes and gives insight into the role and workday culture. It took a week to schedule the next interview. The next interview was a 30 minute long and with the hiring manager. The interview was average and they asked a few background questions to understand your previous experience with projects and HR software. I thought it went pretty well, but then I did not hear anything back for three weeks. I got an email saying I did not get the role for value manager. This was only the first stage of interviews and I'm frustrated that it took them this long to send out a response. For a company that values their employees and future employees, they should have higher expectations on when candidates get a response after interviewing. For those interested in the role, there are three additional interviews after with a final presentation at the end.

Behavioral questions with the hiring manager at first and then directly go to round of 1 round of Qual take home and another round of Quant take home. The final presentation there were 4 people from the team to evaluate together
