Colloquio
There was a group of management that takes turns asking questions that are relevant to the job. They want to know you have a passion for the field you're in. I felt comfortable for many reasons. Mostly because no one is trying to intimidate you but also because their energy was positive.

They asked me what I would do if I went to visit a client and they were under the influence.

I sent in my resume and within a week someone had scheduled an appointment for me to go and interview. There were about 10 people in the room - the CEO and various department heads. The questions were simple and the general tone was casual and pleasant. I felt like the interview went spectacularly well and I was sure that I had the job. However, I never heard back from them and it's been two months. I called recently to see if they have filled the position and was told that the process is still ongoing.

They asked me to tell them my biggest fault. I am not a big fan of this question at all since it induces a false answer. Who is really going to tell the person who they want to hire them a real fault? It forces people to say things like, "I guess my biggest fault is that I work too hard and it often interferes with my personal life." Other than that, the questions were behavioral based and relatively simple to answer.
