I went through a lengthy interview process with Workiva involving four rounds across different stakeholders, each close to an hour long. The interviews themselves were professional and well-run, and the interviewers were engaged. However, after completing the final round, I was given a vague timeline and then received no follow-up or outcome despite the significant time investment. Being ghosted at the end of such an extensive process was disappointing and felt disrespectful, particularly given the seniority and effort required at each stage. Greater transparency and basic closure for candidates would significantly improve the experience.
