I have officially closed the door on pursuing roles with Worldwide Flight Services. I am an aviation leader with over TWO decades of aviation leadership experience, and every time I have applied to this company I have been interviewed, moved to the final stage, and then watched them select someone else. Their recruiting process is consistently disappointing. There is no professionalism, no genuine communication, and no real strategy for attracting or retaining strong talent. The turnover speaks for itself and continues to confirm the internal issues that candidates experience during the hiring process. I value my time, experience, and energy too much to continue investing it in a company that treats candidates as an afterthought. I will never apply with them again.
