Smoothest interview process I’ve ever gone through. Had a brief chat with the recruiter, then a few rounds with folks on the team and CTO. The whole team was very sharp, driven, and had contagious excitement for the product. Received very competitive offer that I had every intention of accepting, but declined for another opportunity that was more closely aligned with my interests.
