Initial phone interview and then face-to-face interview and technical review/challenge a week later. The in-person interview was more like a conversation to get to know you and you them. They did a great job at breaking away from Q&A format.I was given a few hours to complete the challenge and then demo the result to the present team members. Everybody I encountered was very kind and professional.
