Applied online. Took about 2 weeks to get an email for a group interview at the Wynn employee center. There were 3 interviewers. About 30 of us sat in in a circle and when they called our name we had to describe our relevant work history and something that makes us happy. After everybody had a turn, they left to deliberate for 5 minutes than came back and said they were going to call names of people they needed to ask more questions. They called about 10 names (myself included) and the rest were dismissed. They told us we were moving on to the next step of the hiring process, which was a meeting with the directors of food and beverage. That interview was also a group interview, but smaller. And it was at the actual Wynn casino. We went around the room, said our work history and each of us picked a question out of a bag to answer. After that they said they would look over our resumes and the next interview would be with a GM of a restaurant. They say you'll get a call soon if they think you're a match for a restaurant. Basically if you don't get a call within 2 hours after that interview you did not get the job, keep applying.
