First round would be aptitude, second round is case study and questions regarding this case study will be asked in final round too, third round would be HR and then Technical round.

First there was a online written test to check the grammar skills. Later an interview with one of the managers in the company. Interview was purely based on resume, past experience, communication skills and basic domain questions about knowledge of the Mortgage Industry. Interview is irrelevant to the team you get selected into once you are hired.

What is Mortgage? What did you do in your previous organization? Expected CTC?
It was easy and smooth. There were 2 rounds one was subjective questions and other was HR round and the process took 2 months to get selected for the process

Online aptitude test followed by personal interview (As per my information). However changes can be there in hiring process.
