I went through one phone interview and two in person interviews for the position of Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. I interviewed for both at the same time. I initially went through a phone screening with a representative from their Human Resources Department. My next interview was with the current manager who was moving to a different role within the company, the EVP of Operations and IT, and a member from their Treasury Services division. After passing that interview process I was brought back in to meet the team that I would be managing and give the team and myself a chance to ask questions of each other.
