The worst interview process. First they told me that there will be 2 rounds. First one will be Skype round and second one will be face to face interview. They re-scheduled the Skype round for some another day and that happened via Skype chat(it was a formal chat round). Then after few days I got a mail that I had cleared my first round and now I need to give one online aptitude test but again due to some technical issues they rescheduled my test. When I started the test I came to know it was more technical then aptitude. The test consists of 30 questions and time alloted was 30mins. I completed around 25 questions in 30mins and got to know I didn't cleared my test. I enquired the criteria from hr and came to know that according to them I had taken less than 10mins to complete the test (which was not the case). On further discussion they told me to re-attempt the test. I qualified the test on re-attempt. Now after few days they told me that I need to attempt one more technical test online which will have 45 questions and 45 mins. This time I attempted around 38 questions and due to the previous issue I noted each and every answer I marked out there. After the test I started checking my answers and I had done more than 30 questions correctly. But I got the mail from hr stating that i hadn't qualified the test and criteria was 60%-70%. And when I told her that I had already checked my answer and I qualify your criteria then she said
"Dear , I know you got that issue , but we got your answers of that.
Our way of selection is based on the no. of some selected questions. That were not right of yours."
So there interview process is sheer waste of time. They don't have any transperancy and they just waste the time of candidate.
