The recruiter called and did a quick interview. I had an interview with another recruiter the same day, then the hiring manager within the same week on a Friday. I was offered the job the following Monday...Typical Helpdesk questions were asked, like name time you went above and beyond for a customer, when have you dealt with a frustrated customer, etc.
