The interviewers are divided into three groups. There is only one group for economics. There are in general 5-6 interviewees. They are quite professional. They will ask you to briefly summarize your job market paper. There are a few clarification question following your introduction. Then they will ask about your teaching preferences.

First, they ask you to give a standard presentation about your job market paper. Then, they ask you about research projects, teaching plans. Some follow up questions. Your preference to relocate to Xiamen. Requirements to get tenure.
