The 2nd interviewer didn't exactly ask anything, felt like chatting with friends. I felt the vibe was positive and I was advised I had too much technical skills. I asked her at the end of the interview when I should hear back. She said she would provide feedback to the talent team today but didn't know when they would contact me..... They ghosted me for a month and then rejected me without providing feedback. Very unstructured and unprofessional.
