3 interviews of various lengths with different stakeholders + a panel one with a presentation done from my side. It's truly disgraceful to get a candidate through this many rounds but not give them any feedback whatsoever or a reply despite chasing - shows an utter lack of respect. To pick someone else is fine, to completely ghost a person who put 5+ hours from their time into it, unacceptable. Recruitment at its worst
