The first interview was over the phone with Nick Kocinski, their CFO. Most of the questions had to do with the specifics of position itself and comfort level with cold calling. It lasted about 30 minutes. The second interview was over the phone with Dave Lubnik, their sales director, and lasted around 20 minutes. It was focused on my experience as it applied to the job: finance and sales specifically.

Process took about 3 weeks, consisted of a phone interview followed by a in person interview with 3 members of the company. Enjoyable interview process. Was not offered a position but I have no qualms with this company.
