So you need to wait 8 weeks to know the result .In the mean time The so called HR will never respond to you . She will ghost you . If you ask why she will blame government 2. They will offer you pay less than current salary . When you ask them why . The HR replied "This is how much you are worth" 3. If you are on H1B. If you leave the company you have pay the H1B fees that is part of offer letter Seriously 4. No Stocks options 5. Worst ever Benefits
