Had two phone interviews (leaving the HR intro call). First one was from the Hiring manager; asking about my background; few qns on what I did. Lasted around 45min. 2nd call was again a technical round - went on specifics - on Java, WebServices etc., In person interview - had 6 folks interviewing me; this includes the hiring manager having lunch discussion with me. Few asked me to put together different systems (high available to some complex systems). Asking / stopping me - why / what - on various stages. Each lasted at least 45 min to an hour. One went to coding aspect of it - Java threads etc., Given a problematic code - asked me to fix it. Once I was back to Chennai, I had 1 round from another Sr. Principal Engineer - from a different division; following this was the Director of that division. Overall a great experience. The folks were good. HR is really good on following up and releasing offers; discussing benefits etc.,
