Phone interview. Simple questions. They just want someone who is willing to listen to orders and be content with having a lesser role within the company. Personally I was not ok with that, especially for a 33K + Commission Job coming out of a top college, so I harshly criticized the structure of the company over the phone - because as you can see by their stock prices and competition from Facebook, they are failing and if I were to join I would want to be able to use my experience as a Sales Associate to move up the company and influence the whole structure of their Sales Organization in the end. However, they did not see this as a possibility and it was clear that the job was not fit for me.
