It was exactly like the other descriptions here on Glassdoor.com. First interview over the phone, just to know more about you. Make sure you have some stories of when you had to overcome something hard, when you took a risk, when you did better than others on your team etc.
Second interview in person, they let 3 people interview you, and there's A LOT of roleplaying.
The point of it is for them to see if you sound positive and if you can think quickly on your feet.
Third contact was in a week, a phonecall to ask me about other jobs etc. And after the conversation offered me the job! Be positive and don't be afraid to be weird :)

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
