Super casual and fun. Expect a phone screening and then a face to face (or Skype) interview. Study role plays! Another suggestion I have is to sound human.. It's a sales job and what recruiters look for are candidates who aren't afraid to be themselves. The moment you sound robotic, you'll be dinged. Bring in passion for Yelp and past experiences that you've had with Yelp!
