The interview started at least 25 minutes late and I had to wait outside in the blazing sun. Not a great start. The interview itself was very fast and it was pretty clear to me that they had already decided to hire the previous candidate, thus wasting my time for the interview and the ridiculous amount of time I waited for the interview to start.
