Absolutely horrible experience. The process lasted months of the team not being able to make a decision - first, I did a phone and in-person interview with five people on the team, then HR got me confused with another candidate, next they told me I didn't get the job and they hired someone else. Weeks later they tried to get me to accept the role as a contract position instead of the original full-time (with no explanation), asking if I could interview with one more person. The lack of communication and kindness made it feel like they don't treat candidates like they're humans.
