I was asked to complete almost 10 assignments even BEFORE my first HR screening, which felt excessive and more like free work than a fair assessment. Unlike other companies that start with a portfolio review or offer small compensation for heavy tasks, YouTrip provided neither lol. After submitting my work, there was also no acknowledgement, which made the process feel unprofessional and showed no respect for candidates’ time!
