The interview process is quite a time commitment, and they are in no hurry to keep it moving. I understand needing to ensure someone is qualified, but there are 4 interviews: 1) phone screen with HR, 2) 2+ hr interview with Talent Acquisition 3) 1+ hr interview with a Client Manager 4) interview with someone in your region.

Very rigorous, 4 interviews (screening, testing, manager and then director). The screening is the most difficult for people to get past. However, if you can get past that and you actually are an accountant you can pass the testing and then the interviews are very detailed.
