Emailed resume to employer after finding a posting on EmployFlorida.com Employer called the next day to schedule an interview. Arrived 5 minutes late to interview after getting lost. Waited in lobby for a few minutes and interviewed with the Assistant Manager One on One interview Asked common interview questions about skills and why I was interested in the position Everyone was very pleasant but the work environment left something to be desired. The office was very dirty (skid marks all over the floor, dusty, cubicle walls had holes in them, and customers were wearing pajamas) Offered the position the next day over the phone Told to go to HR to complete process There was no mention of salary or benefits, the HR director stated the salary, no negotiation involved
