Started with a phone interview with CEO that went long. Random questions and discussions not at all related to the job opportunity. Met with team then onsite. Two of the three people didn't know what job I was applying for. Interviews started 15 minutes late and we were rushed for 4 hours. Questions about product offering , market share, vision of the organization were all avoided by everyone but the CEO. His responses were long winded and empty. Math test was given where 50 questions needed answering in 15 minutes But my 15 minutes was interrupted twice by people coming in the room and talking. Rushed meeting with CTO who adorned a dirty white undershirt under his half buttoned dress shirt. He rambled on about a new line and asked me several questions that would make HR fall over. CEO likes to hear himself talk. He has horrible interpersonal skills. Indicated he doesn't know about his future plans for company in terms of selling or keeping it. He found it completely okay to tell me I was wrong on an opinion question. He conveyed low level business acumen. I was told that I would be a great fit, that they had busy weeks coming up, but I would be contacted . Never heard from them and never followed up. Not a job, leadership, or environment that I want
