Various screening steps were followed:
1. Aptitude Test
Aptitude test was very easy having a sectional cutoff.
2. Video Interview
Contain both behavioural questions, guesstimates. After every question 30 sec were given to think and 3 minutes were given to answer the question.Video of your answer was recorded. The result of this round was declared in 2-3 days.

4. Behavioural Interview
5. HR Interview

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
