The interview process was extensive but wholesome at the same time. It really showed their intent to hire genuine candidates. The first round was an Online test conducted on Talview Portal which consisted of questions based on Aptitude, Reasoning, Data Interpretation etc. The 2nd round was a telephonic round which required to Ans some basic HR questions and a puzzle question. The 3rd round was a case study round and a behavioural round both of which are elimination rounds, which required the candidate to solve a case study within 90 mins and then a 45 min conversation based meeting is required to attend where the case study solution is discussed. The behavioral round is Resume Probe. Please be prepared to solve structured and unstructured problems (brain teasers, guesstimates, puzzles). The candidate will have an opportunity to meet with one of the senior ZS manager’ to discuss growth opportunities, career path at ZS.
