The job interviews were all planned for 1 day for about 5h. The first one I had with Researchers and then met potential colleagues for lunch. Afterwards I was talking to designers and then to HR. However, one interviewer was not very well trained in terms of executing job interviews. Tasks I was given were not very well chosen or valid in terms of assessing my soft or hard skills for the position
