Very unorganized, long, tedious interview process. HR and other stakeholders/interviewees were not aligned in the next steps. The communication was extremely poor. The entire process, of 6-7 months (!!!!) they never told me which EXACT position I was apply for, nor which team. This made me question their organization and transparency. I honestly regret ever applying since I wasted all this time for nothing. In the end they offered me two different roles with micro topics- my experience and expertise are simply too high for what they tried to bring me on to. Ridiculous, don't waste your time.
