I was looking on craiglist and I saw the posting for Zara's. They were holding an open house from 9:00am to 6:00pm. I went there professionally dressed but still fashionable. I filled out my application and waited for the human resource lady to interview . She took a group of 6 people and sat us down in a round table. She started to ask us about ourselves. Then she asked what we know about the company. Make sure you do some research on the company and where it started. Then she asked us why would we want to work for Zara and why would we be a good person for this job. Then she asked us name one strength and one weakness. I started off with a weakness first BUT told her how I am working to make that a strength. She thanked us and said we would get a call by next week. The next day around 6:30pm I got an offer for Cashier which I gladly accepted.
In overall just smile, be personable, and do some research on the company. It would really look good that you know some things about the company and not just there for a paycheck.

It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.

no one knew who was meant to do the interview, it ended up being a group interview which was awkward, however on the up side, they did call me the next day to tell me i had the job
