When they have vacancies you will be called for a group interview at their 'talent centre' office with maybe 20 others. Group interview consists of watching company videos describing the environment and culture of the company. Group tasks involve situational judgement and individual assessment involves answering questions on a fact you know about the company, suggestions to situation questions etc. As long as you are an active participant and enthusiastic enough and are not too quiet on the sidelines you should find it relatively easy.

It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.
