Casual 10-15 min interview with store manager. Asked about experience. Discussed paying rate as well as schedule. Also, manager told me about the store and the business strategy. Discussed why I want to work in this store.

It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
