Hiring Manager was very sweet. She realized I was a bit nervous and was extra nice and patient. I pulled myself together though after the first 5 min and then went on to get my second and third interview and ultimately getting hired. It's normal to be nervous but just go in looking presentable and smile!! They just want to know you're good with people, that you're likable.

I honestly don't remember all the questions but one of them that stuck with me was something along the lines of "Tell me about a time where you were being confronted by a difficult customer. What did you do? How did you handle the situation?".
Online group interview with the HR director. The questions were quite casual. Asked about how’s my life going in Sydney, self-introduction, nothing related to jobs in fact. After the interview I was invited to the store, as a training day.

Very easy and approachable. The manager was nice and asked a few questions about the former experience in retail environment, when I said I had none she accepted with grace and tried to figure out my strengths/weaknesses
