Was contacted by recruiter. Did phone screen and initial technical interview which was mostly conversation. Did a 6 hour take home and was declined over absolute minutiae. Complete waste of time.

The in person was just conversational, not a typical technical loop. The test was to do a front end with search, pagination and detail, a backend with database and seeders, and tests for both front and back end.
