The interview process moved rather quickly, which was great. Had an initial phone interview with Dan, the Founder, and he made me feel great about the position. Went for an in-office interview the next week and met with Dan and two other "heads" from the marketing team. The interview was conversational/casual and informative which I think is always the best combo for an interview. I was called to come back in once more to meet with one more "head" of the company the following week; this interview was focused more on the the position and was still just as enjoyable. I was offered a position a few days later.
