The steps are as follows for AE's (might be different for senior leadership roles) 1. Submit 2. If it works out they email you to schedule a time. 3. HR interview (to vet the crazies) 4. Specialist calls and digs deeper 5. if green-lighted, you will be schedule to come in and have a meeting with the department, then you will meet with the CEO Stephen, and a Senior exec. Pretty standard, I would always be honest and upfront. Don't pretend like you know something when you don't, just be genuine.
