Initial phone screen with sourcer about initial background and detailed overview of role. Follow up call with Recruiter on compensation requirements and interview process. Virtual interview with a peer for the role. Loop interview (4 separate 45 minute interviews) with 4 leaders from the team.

I interviewed with this company from May 2022 to November 2022. I had to reach out multiple times to receive updates (they were restructuring) and told I was too qualified for one position, underqualified for another and asked if I would like to be kept in mind. It was a tiresome cat and mouse game that felt like they were stringing me along. The Head of the Department who I met with first never reached out to acknowledge the ups and downs of the process. I met with a total of 5 people.
