I met the recruiter at university job fair. The HR person was really nice and helpful. She took phone interview asked behavioral questions and talked about my resume. She also gave a long company overview about what they do and what they offer. After that online self assessment test was given which was kind of hard. Only do it when you are fresh and sitting in a quiet room. After that I got a call from HR person and asked to visit their office and do interviews. Account manager takes your first interview after showing you the work space in detail, then you do "day in life" of account executive where you spend time with the person who's currently doing the same job and the last interview is taken by another account manager. Everyone is very laid back and friendly. It almost took 2 hours to do the office interviews.

I applied online through a job seeking website. I got a call after 2 months about the vacancy. The HR executive confirmed my availability in next 2 days and scheduled my interview after 2 days in evening. I reached on time. After waiting for about 35 minutes, I was called for interview. Interview took about 15 minutes. I was told this was the final interview.

Fast and effective in the process of bringing on AEs. They only limited to 1 interview and a phone call. Overall effective placement and flow of the interview. Not to many people to track or keep in order.

There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
